FIBER: the powerhouse no one told you about

How long do we have to walk around full of crap before someone tells us to drop that shit off, literally! My family and I eat well, and I would say I moderately exercise. However, the scale never really moves, my digestion is a mess, and I always seem to be constipated.

Until now. I have noticed that it’s not hard to go now, that I go several times a day and that I feel good after. Who knew this was going to be such a life changer.

The key really is to get in a good amount of water. I drink half of my body weight sometimes a little more or less. I’m not by any means perfect and I am not severely strict about this. I modify everything and twist things to fit my budget, my lifestyle, and my tastes. I get ideas from many sources and blend them together to for me and my family, and I suggest you do the same. Everything that works for me, may not for you, and remember that’s okay.

I hope if you have started on a fiber journey also, that you two see great results within your body, mind, and spirit. It is imperative that we strive for only the best for ourselves. Our bodies deserve it.
