Banana Fiber Split

     One of my new favorite treats I kinda created on my own after discovering a breakfast recipe on my new fiber diet, and it is so amazing I had to share.

     Banana is one of my favorite things to go to because it’s easy to have around.  I prefer the natural peanut butter with honey but you can use whatever you like.

Banana Peanut Butter Split

  • Banana (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate Hershey syrup
  1. Cut banana in half and place in bowl.
  2. Place peanut butter on top.
  3. Meanwhile, heat berries in microwave for 30 seconds, stir then 30 more seconds and add chia seeds and stir.
  4. Pour berry mixture on top of peanut butter.
  5. Drizzle with dark chocolate.
