
One of my new favorite treats I kinda created on my own after discovering a breakfast recipe on my new fiber diet, and it is so amazing I had to share.
Banana is one of my favorite things to go to because it’s easy to have around. I prefer the natural peanut butter with honey but you can use whatever you like.
Banana Peanut Butter Split
- Banana (peeled)
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate Hershey syrup
- Cut banana in half and place in bowl.
- Place peanut butter on top.
- Meanwhile, heat berries in microwave for 30 seconds, stir then 30 more seconds and add chia seeds and stir.
- Pour berry mixture on top of peanut butter.
- Drizzle with dark chocolate.
